In a complex and changing world, with religious and political strife
on the rise, questioning democracy, equality, humanity, notions of civilization and culture, and on the other hand, Artificial Intelligence and its large language models revolutionizing
disciplines, economic sectors and human thought processes, scientists and thinkers seem divided as to our nature and our future. At Stanford
University, Rene Girard, one of the most original thinkers of the last fifty years, offered remarkable insights.
In keeping with its mission of fostering curiosity and awareness,
