Philippe d'Ornano is Chair and CEO of Sisley, one
of the most prestigious firms in the world of high-end cosmetics. Sisley is a brand present in all 5 continents, in more than 90 countries. This family
company launched in 1976 by visionary entrepreneur Hubert d'Ornano draws 85% of its revenue from export and has experienced the largest increases in the sector. Dedicated to the cause
of mid-size entreprises, Philippe d'Ornano also heads the METI (Mouvement des Entreprises de Taille Intermédiaire).
Fanny Letier is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and Ecole Normale Supérieure (ENA). She began her career in 2004 in the French Treasury before becoming Financial Advisor
of the French delegation to the EU in 2008, General Secretary at the CIRI (Industrial Restructuring Committee of the French Treasury) and Deputy Director of the Minister of Industrial
Restructuring. In 2013, she joined Bpifrance as Director for regional investments for small and mi-cap investments, then promoted to Executive Director for
all investments. In 2018, Fanny Letier launched GENEO Capital.
Charles Bedier is a Partner at Deloitte, Head of French M&A. Deloitte is ranked as a leading consulting firm globally.
Charles has worked as head M&A for Societé Générale, Deutsche Bank and UBS. An M&A professional with more than 25 years experience, both in Paris and London, he
has led transactions cumulating more than €30bn in value, in numerous sectors such as TMT, real estate,retail, life sciences, consumer goods, capital goods, on behalf of small, mid-size
and large corporations. He is a graduate of Polytechnique.
